Spend some more time in the tropics or at least surrounded by the sounds of the tropics with this family-friendly performance by Gloria Napualani Kalamalamakailialoha, the perfect complement to the Global Rhythms showcase with Kaumakaiwa Kanaka'ole. "Napua" and her dancers provide a live, interactive South Seas experience through demonstrations of the Hawaiian hula, New Zealand Maori haka, and Tahitian drums and dances, engaging young audiences to experience island culturesand likely dance themselves.
