We are a bit obsessed with persimmons over here at 18 Reasons and Bi-Rite Market. Rosie has even been known to do a little dance when the fist Fuyus appear.  In addition to tasting extraordinary, persimmons have deep cultural roots in our country and in Asia.  In this workshop, expect to taste, learn, and make.
