In this class, licensed acupuncturist Daniela Freda, applies the health-promoting wisdom of Chinese Medicine to modern-day life by teaching you about seasonal healthy foods of the Bay Area. You will learn key foods and recipes to strengthen your body and immune system so you
can stay healthy this Autumn. Tastings include a healing herbal tea, homemade sauerkraut, immune boosting
soup, and a healthy dessert. Vegetarian-friendly.

Daniela Freda is a Licensed Acupuncturist with a private practice in the Castro where she supports patients with acupuncture, herbs, and nutrition to promote natural healing and optimal health. She is passionate about seasonal local organic foods and joyfully spends her free time in her kitchen cooking and fermenting.
