2011 Green Gardening Workshop: IPM & Plant Health Care Strategies
Meet the challenges of creating and maintaining sustainable landscapes.
This workshop includes: the health and environmental impacts of pesticides; moving toward more sustainable landscapes; pesticides and landscape worker safety; tree assessment tools and solutions; rain gardens and handling stormwater; Sustainable SITES; designing for maintenance; and a 3-hour session in Spanish on pesticides and landscape worker safety. This workshop is especially for landscape design, installation, and maintenance professionals.
You have the option of attending morning only ($35), afternoon only ($35), or full day workshop ($50-includes lunch).
Pesticide recertification and continuing education credits will be offered.
