Village Books reception with Frances Moore Lappé
Come mingle with Frances Moore Lappé, author of the latest book Ecomind, and the widely successful Diet for a Small Planet at a ticketed reception sponsored by Village Books and held at the Leopold Crystal Ballroom in downtown Bellingham. Get the chance to talk to Frances, buy her books, and have them autographed while enjoying appetizers and beverages. Tickets are $20 and 100 percent of the proceeds will be given to the Community Food Co-Op's Farm Fund. This event is co-sponsored by the Community Food Co-Op and Sustainable Connections. A limited number of tickets are available for this reception.
