FEEDBACK, by Jane Miller,
is about Holly, a young woman coping with a death and a breakup and generally stuck in a life rut. She decides to get "re-branded" by a personal marketing firm, Perceptions, which promises to make her more accessible to her "target demographic." Through the process, Holly and Elizabeth - her facilitator - forge a meaningful bond as Holly becomes brand Holly 2.0
