Please join us for a very special dinner featuring Red Blossom Tea. Both Morgan Maki and Linh Phu are cooking this fragrant Asian-inspired menu highlighting the sophisticated tea selections of Peter Luong, the owner of Red Blossom and Chinese tea expert. Ideas we are throwing around include poached sole with tea leaf fumet and tea leaf panna cotta . . . and we are making a special tea cocktail to start the night off right.
