Spring & Summer Wild Edibles: Everything you need to know to safely gather, prepare and cook the unique flavours found only in nature. Our ever-popular Wild Edible Identification Trips are 2-hour trips that include a walk through BC's forest to identify whatever we find; fiddleheads, licorice fern, big leaf maple flowers, nettles, oyster mushrooms, then a chef-prepared wild light meal with tips and tricks on how best to cook all the dozens of different wild edibles in the forests. (note: this is not a live cooking demo).
