That viral video of tech-baffled Bryant Gumbel and Katie Couric is so amusing not just because the Internet-less past seems so distant, but also because 1994 really wasn't that long ago. Now there's another fast-moving, world-changing revolution coming, says James Billmaier: electric vehicles.
