How to Hire a PR Firm
Have you ever wondered how to hire a PR firm? What to ask, look for and discuss before diving into a relationship with a public relations professional? If so, we have the event for you. Join us for an interactive panel discussion about PR in the food/hospitality world. Nissa Pierson of Ger-Nis International will act as our moderator, and our PR professionals will include: Shari Bayer, Bayer Public Relations; Jane Kettlewell, Banfi Vinters; Jennifer O'Flanagan, Cornerstone Communications; and Ben Schmerler, First Press PR. Topics to be discussed will include in-house vs. outsourcing PR; differences/similarities in PR firms; strategizing for your business; understanding the components of PR; fees and how to measure success. Each panelist will share their philosophy and services provided. Guests will also enjoy a fine selection of wines from Banfi Vinters and delicious nibbles provided by Ger-Nis.
