Serious Images and a Funny Man
Twelfth Night Productions presents "Serious Images and a Funny Man," an evening of art and comedy by Seattle-based standup comedian and renowned photographer Rod Long. Rod has been seen on Showtime, opened for Ray Charles and Anita Baker and others, and currently writes a humor column "Out of Left Field" for the Seattle Mariners Magazine. He has authored a column for Peterson's Photographic Monthly, worked as a photojournalist for the Bellingham Herald and The Seattle Times, and has provided location photography services for private clients such as Reebok and Essence Magazine. A reception follows the show and the audience is invited to meet Rod and have the opportunity to view and purchase his photographic art. The event is a benefit for Twelfth Night Productions, with all proceeds from ticket sales going to this West Seattle theatre community.
