Barbie Productions AC presents cabaret star of central Mexico, Alex Sol "La Gorda", in "Cielito Lindo" a musical stroll around the states of Mexico an all new show of Mexican variety song and dance.

Alex Sol, best known as Mexican entertainer 'La Gorda', returns to The Palm for a limited engagement. The singer, actress, and cabaret star of Cuernavaca, will premier his ALL NEW show, 'CIELITO LINDO', a musical journey through a variety of regions of Mexico. The show highlights the beauty and diversity of the music, colors, and traditions of Mexico, through song, dance, and video.

La Gorda brings the charm, rhythms and the poetry of regional music to life, showcasing the love and heartbreak of Mexico, while paying tribute to some of the greatest singers and composers of popular music. Every Mexican state has its own stories to tell about affection and animosity, life and death, and fiesta & tragedy. In one example, while showcasing Veracruz, he takes the audience to a wedding party, which ends in a carnival something to help us forget our troubles. And in Oaxaca, we are seduced by the mystical enchantment of a native beauty.
