This three day course will prepare participants to train Child and Family Team Part II to other community stakeholders, family members, or agency partners. This training will continue to support the perspective of the family and teaches participants how to prepare others to facilitate child and family team meetings in the community or wherever the family sees fit.
* Explore values and assumptions
* Define and examine a variety of facilitation skills
* Discuss perceived power and balancing the planning field
* Explore purpose and preparation process
* Practice in a mock Child and Family Team meeting.
* Teach others to facilitate child and family team meetings.
PREREQUISITE: Introduction to Child and Family Teams - A cross system training from the Family's Perspective
(Part 1 and Part 2)as well as Train the Trainer Part I.
You must attend all three days to get credit for this training.
