Jessica is a cofounder of the Common Language Project and a radio journalist whose work has been published by NPR, KUOW, The World and the World Vision Report. She was a 2006 Knight New Media Fellow at the UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism. Her radio series Life on the Duwamish received the 2008 Regional Edward R. Murrow Award for News Series. Her latest series, Refugees in Puget Sound, broadcast on KUOW in January 2012.
