TREAT HER RIGHT AND FRIENDS Jim Fitting and David Champagne are joined by Tim Gearan, Billy Beard and Steve Mayone for an evening of the inimitable Treat Her Right sound.

When Jim Fitting and Dave Champagne decided to reunite and play a set of Treat Her Right material at the recent memorial show for Mark Sandman at the Middle East, little did they know A.) how much fun it would be and B.) what a visceral reaction they would receive both from fans who remember the seminal Boston band from their 1980's heyday and from younger fans seeing the band for the first time. The set at The Middle East propelled the two former band mates to immediately start planning the next gig. Along with Tim Gearan on guitar and vocals, Billy Beard on the cocktail drum and Steve Mayone on low guitar, Fitting and Champagne revive the classic THR sound and showcase material that reveals why this band was SO much more than a blues band. Great pop, rock and country influences helped guide the songwriters to create a body of work that is simply astounding to hear again (or for the first time).
