Rain Machine is what TV on the Radio guitarist-singer Kyp Malone is calling his solo project-- apparently because he thought "Kyp Malone" didn't look good on a T-shirt. We gave you the eccentrically pornographic cover, tracklist and release date (September 22 via Anti-) already.

While press notes say the Rain Machine LP contains elements of modern jazz and bluegrass, new song "Give Blood" could pass for a raw, ramshackle TVOTR track, with Malone's warbling falsetto in full effect.
