Mia Vermillion & Her Band of Blues Featuring Orville Johnson
Mia Vermillion sings earthy and sensuous Blues and combines with artistry of he legendary acoustic guitar and slide player Orville Johnson. Inspired by blues and jazz women from Big Momma Thornton to Joni Mitchell, Mias music features passion, lyrical sass and rhythm. Her own sensuous tunes, and earthy vocals. Presented by the Anacortes Arts Festival.
Port is an intimate venue looking out at the setting sun over the Guemes Channel as boats and birds fly past. Bring warm wrap since it gets cool at dusk. A no-host wine bar is available at 6:30; concert starts at 7:30.
