SFBFF12: Opening Night Film
Starting Thursday, June 17th at the Sundance Kabuki Theater in Japantown, SFBFF12 will present Mountains That Take Wing a documentary about political activists, Angela Davis & Yuri Kochiyama. Friday, SFBFF12 will host a day of film screening at JHC's Media and Education Room, in the Historic Fillmore District. Then, Saturday and Sunday, screening at the Opera Plaza Cinemas downtown SF (1 block from Civic Center Plaza).

The San Francisco Black Film Festival Presents: Films for Juneteenth. A collaborative effort of the San Francisco Juneteenth Committee, Inc. and SFBFF12 will be a supplemental, programmatic component to this year's Juneteenth Celebration.
