Easton Choral Arts recently opened their 2012-2013 35th Anniversary Concert Season with Mozart's enigmatic Requiem, Exsultate Jubilate and Coronation Mass. What a thrill it was to receive your gracious standing ovations. Thank you! ECAS continued their Holiday tradition of presenting Handel's Messiah in early December. Messiah is considered to be the most well known and popular choral masterpiece ever written and performed in Western music culture. In April we close this 2012-2013 Anniversary Concert Season with two performances of Felix Mendelssohn's powerful and passionate Elijah, featuring guest soloist Robert Cantrell as Elijah. Performances will be on Saturday, April 13, 2013 at 8:00 p.m., and Sunday, April 14, 2013 at 3:00 p.m., at the Avalon Theatre.
