UPAC Theatre Group began as United Performing Arts Company (UPAC) in the summer of 1999 in a Ballard/Crown Hill church basement, as a small group of people who loved theater and wanted to share it with the community. The space is cozy and personal. The shows are sometimes deeply touching, sometimes raucously funny, always entertaining. Plays range from the well known ("The Importance of Being Earnest") to the rarely seen ("Once is Enough"). Acting talent ranges from first-timers to long-time professionals. Performers and patrons alike are in for one memorable stage experience! Performances are geared for the whole family!
