OUT of the SHADOWS by Joan Becker
We all have heard of C.S. Lewis. He wrote the Narnia stories. He also got married late in life to a woman who was Jewish, a socialist and an atheist.  We know of his marriage to Joy from the play "Shadowlands".

This is Joy Davidman's story. Told to us by Joy. Where she came from why she was who she was and how she came to know C.S. Lewis and the God he spoke of in his writings.  A touching story of her journey as an atheist to Christian; from an abusive relationship to one full of love.

This is a West Coast Premier of this new play. Funny and tender with a lot of heart.
