Intersection of ChangeBaltimore, MD
Intersection of Change is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization located in Baltimore's Sandtown-Winchester/Upton community. It was founded in 1996 by life-long community resident Elder C.W. Harris, Amelia Harris, and Todd Marcus. Intersection of Change includes three programs of Martha's Place, a recovery program for women overcoming substance abuse & homelessness; Jubilee Arts,
a comprehensive art program that uses art as a catalyst for social change and empowerment; and Strength to Love II, a program that operates an urban farm and serves citizens returning to the community from incarceration as well as youth workforce development.
