Unity Temple Unitarian Universalist Congregation

Unity Temple Unitarian Universalist Congregation is based in Oak Park, Illinois and makes its home in the fabulous Unity Temple a masterpiece of design created by Frank Lloyd Wright at the turn of the century.  It is widely regarded as one of the best examples of modern and prairie style architecture in the world.  2009 heralds the Centennial of this amazing structure and there are plans to celebrate it throughout the year.  Part of this celebration will be our annual fundraising auction to support the activities of our congregation.

Our congregation offers many services in support of our larger community including: special tutoring, a monthly Taize service, health insurance education, social action education and environmental awareness training. We also support the Oak Park/River Forest Walk-In Ministry and the food pantries in the western suburbs of Chicago.  Our congregation is made up of more than 375 households who live, work and shop in Chicago and the western suburbs of Chicagoland.
