Return of the Yin: Come Into the Centering Silence
Friday Night Book Reading:
Judith will read from her cherished books, "Circle of Stones" and "I Sit Listening to the Wind." Payment of $15 accepted at the door.
Saturday Retreat:
As the crispness of autumn school openings moves towards the holidays, we women begin to wonder when there will be a few moments for us to share deeply and quietly, or even to have a moment for ourselves. This day will offer us the wonders of women keeping silence together and the deep sharing that can come from that silence, as we speak from the quietly centered inner space within each of us...speaking of things we truly care about...bringing healing for all of us. We will take time for guided meditation, journaling, and drumming as well as sharing together from our hearts. Register online for Saturday only.
Judith Duerk has led over 1400 retreats in the US and abroad. She is the author of two beloved books for women: "Circle of Stones," and "I Sit Listening to the Wind." In addition to her daily work as a psychotherapist, she teaches T'ai Chi Chu'uan and works with the ancient Taoist healing art of Chi Kung.
