Place: Empire Arts Center, downtown Grand Forks
Tickets at the door: $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for 12 and under
Young women from the State of North Dakota and the State of Minnesota will compete for Miss Grand Forks, Miss Empire, Miss Grand Cities, Miss Grand Forks' Outstanding Teen, Miss Empire Outstanding Teen, and Miss Grand Cities' Outstanding Teen. The evening will end with awards and coronation.
