9AM: Volunteers arrive and divide up into groups.
-Tree Moving (headed by Chris)
-Rocket Stove builders (headed by Patrick)
-Wine bottle border (headed by Crystal)
-grounds crew (headed by John)

10AM: Brewing demonstration with The Aleman and The Fermentary & Chicago Brew Werks.

Noon: Lunch served for volunteers

1PM: Finish up morning projects

3PM: Guests arrive and explore the grounds and market
-Zarlengo Gelato
-Aleman Brews
-Honey from T's Bees
-Handmade Art from Crystal Meraki
-Organic Soap from Mark
-Old Dixie Pastures (free range eggs and meat)

5PM: Dinner of roast lamb and accompaniments prepared by resident chef Tommy Zarlengo

7PM: Bonfire and music, weather permitting

Feel free to camp out overnight.
