Ever have a fleeting or persistent thought about returning to paid work? Interested in exploring what that might really look and feel like? Join us for a fun, informative and lively morning to learn about the what's, where's and how's of making a shift back to paid employment. Together we will -
-Uncover strategies and pro-active steps you can take to make a decision that feels right for you
-Identify key factors to consider when making your decision
-Discuss tips for how to best prepare yourself for a smooth transition
-Highlight the essential next steps to getting back in the game
Workshop 2
"Self Assessment: Defining Who You Are And Who You Want To Be" (Sept. 30, 9:00- noon)
Are you feeling the itch to begin your next work chapter? Unclear about your interests and what you feel passionate about? Unsure about what skills you bring to the table or strengths you have to offer? Join us for a clarifying workshop to help you identify (or remember!) your core skills, values and interests so you can reconnect with work that is engaging, energizing and aligned with who you want to be at this stage of life.
Along with other women in a similar life stage you will -
-Gain understanding about the essential role self-assessment plays in your job search success and work/life fulfillment
-Complete exercises to reveal your current interests, skills and values
-Participate in small (lively!) group discussion and activities to gain valuable perspective on your unique gifts and personal brand
- Create a "self-assessment snapshot" that you can reference as you continue down your job re-engagement path
