ABITA Brewing Beer Dinner with Chef Derrick Smith at LaPlace
**LIMITED SEATING AVAILABLE**
Join us for an exclusive evening at LaPlace Louisiana Cookery on Sunday, September 7th as we host a paired beer dinner with Chef Derrick Smith of the Wooden Nickel Pub featuring the craft beers of Abita Brewing. Beth Usry of Abita Brewing & Patrick Morrison of Harris Beverage will be in attendance, and will be bringing with them some of the brewery's latest seasonal releases and classic brews, as well as a very rare offering from the brewery.
Tickets for the dinner will be $65, and will include all courses listed below with beer pairings, as well as complimentary pre-dinner beer and beer cocktails. LaPlace will be closed for the evening, and the restaurant will be open only for this event. Doors will open at 6:30pm for pre-dinner beverages, and dinner seating will commence promptly at 7pm.

Course One:

Shrimp & Oyster Maque Choux Soup
Course Four:
~paired with Pecan Harvest Ale~
Braised Wild Boar Belly, Mushroom Bread Pudding, Pickled Pumpkin, Pepper Jam
Course Five:
~paired with *Special Release* Cask-Conditioned Vanilla Double Dog~
