Hatha Yoga with One Equal Heart: An Evening Dedicated to Harmony & Balance with Fran Gallo
Fran Gallo is one of the most sought after yoga teachers in the Pacific NW. She teaches Hatha yoga classes and workshops in several studios in the Seattle area and conducts homestyle, weekend retreats in Ocean Shores, WA. For more information about Fran, visit her website: http://frangallo.com/
Whether this is your first class or you've been practicing for years, Fran will lead us through an hour and a half dedicated to bringing our bodies, minds and hearts into harmony and balance.
Children ages 6-12 welcome and can attend for free. Please let us know how many children and their ages when you register.
Because of the generosity of Fran Gallo and OmCulture (Yoga Life), all donations will go to promote health and nutrition for malnourished indigenous Tseltal Maya children and their families in rural Chiapas, México, through the Healthy Families Project.

The Tseltal Maya believe that we are healthy when our hearts are "at home," and there is harmonious balance of the physical, emotional and spiritual. Hatha yoga also emphasizes this harmonious balance as an essential part of our health, and to practice loving kindness with ourselves, each other and the Earth.
