The BIGGEST and ORIGINAL public king cake party in New Orleans is celebrating its 6th year of sugar highs on Saturday, February 1! Indulge in king cakes from the best bakeries in and around the city and vote for your favorites.

For 2014, we return to the Little Gem Saloon, where you will experience live entertainment, gorgeous interiors, a wrap-around balcony, and fully-stocked cash bar. We'll have prizes, complimentary caffeinated beverages, special guest judges and live entertainment.

General Admission tickets are only $20 and are limited in quantity. Doors open at 7 p.m. for General Admission.

Also available for the first time are a limited quantity of VIP tickets for $45. Admission includes:

*Early entry to party (6:30 p.m.)
*Collectible KCP 2014 throw cup
*Collectible KCP 2014 Carnival accessory
*A specialty cocktail for your throw cup
*Keepsake photo with (or without) our special guest judges

All guests will enjoy complimentary caffeinated beverages from PJ's Coffee! PJ's Coffee will offer their seasonal King Cake Coffee, with flavors of cinnamon and vanilla, both hot and iced.

This year's special Guest Judges include Poppy Tooker (cookbook author, Louisiana food historian, and radio show host) and Sheba Turk (news anchor and television show host). Entertainment provided by beat-juggler and record manipulator DJ Tony Skratchere.
