About the Show:
The Commons Choirs latest work, mayday heyday parfait, sets humanitys troubles and highest aspirations to song, dance, and poetry, exploring the human capacity for empathy across the elements that divide us in life. A diverse cast of 30 performers weaves a multi-layered narrative of complex musical harmonies and highly personal movementseverything from the violence of history, which has brought us to our current moment, to a way forward where individuals can follow their own paths and yet still feel their connection to others.
