Ordo Virtutum by Hildegard von Bingen
Ordo Virtutum (The Way of the Virtues) dramatizes the struggle between the virtues and the devil for the soul of a young novice. This rarely performed masterpiece features the Edmonton-based Ordo Collective, an eclectic and gifted cast of professional singers and actors under the musical direction of Eva Bostrand. The production is staged by Caroline Howarth. The performance runs 70 minutes.
