Farm to Table Dinner
The Inland Northwest Food Network and LINC Foods invite you to join us to attend a Farm to Table Dinner in celebration of the 80th anniversary of Lazy R Ranch. Lazy R is a fourth generation ranch owned and operated by the Robinette family in Cheney, WA. We invite you to celebrate this important milestone, partake in a scrumptious feast created by Molly Patrick (Executive Chef, Blackbird), and taste the future of the Inland Northwest's food system!
The event will begin with a guided tour of this beautiful ranch. For over 20 years, the Robinettes have dedicated themselves to practicing Holistic Management- a system which uses livestock as a tool for ecosystems restoration by mimicking the millennia old relationship between grazing animals and grasslands. Through their careful stewardship, they have been able to protect their pristine 800 acre ranch, improve wildlife habitat, and sequester carbon in the soil, all while creating delicious, nutrient dense grass fed beef.
In addition to wine and appetizers, guests will dine on a feast that will include various cuts of specially prepared grass fed beef (raised on the ranch!), vegetable dishes (with organically grown produce from regional farmers), fresh baked bread and a seasonal dessert guaranteed to sweeten your palette. Guests will also receive two glasses of complimentary wine from the family-owned Lone Birch Winery (Prosser, WA) and/or beer from Bellwether Brewing Company. Spokane-based singer-songwriter Brian Stai will provide musical entertainment.
