Noodle School!
In this class I'll be demonstrating how to make agnolotti from start to finish. We'll go over dough making, pasta fillings, rolling out dough and how to shape agnolotti. There will be plenty of time for questions as well as a hands-on portion where students can practice making the shape they just learned.
After the class portion we'll be having a family style dinner which includes wine, salad, bread, and agnolotti!
Noodle School starts at 6:30pm at Sweedeedee with a glass of wine and introductions before class and dinner, please come hungry and ready to make friends!
