Deity Yoga at the Nelson
Join Heather Rama for an hour of deity themed yoga in Noguchi Court at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art followed by a tour of the South and Southeast Asian Art gallery. Learn the origins of asana as you experience the mythology in motion. Then witness the expression of these deities through sculpture, textiles and painting. This is a three session series from 6-8pm on June 29, July 27 and August 24th.
