Spring Menu
First Course Popcorn and Chickpeas Pink peppercorn and chive popcorn and salted, roasted chickpeas
Second Course Beet & Greens Salad Roasted beets tossed in stone-ground mustard, parsley and chives, topped with a fresh watercress, frisee and spring-onion salad and a walnut dust
Third Course Steamed Clams and Grilled Bread Hama-Hama manila clams in a white wine, lemon and butter broth topped with fresh spring onion tops and parsley, accompanied with homemade, sourdough bread
Fourth Course Beef Short Ribs with Root Puree and Grilled Veggies Tender short ribs braised in red wine and herbs, a parsnip and celery root puree, grilled zucchini and carrots, and a chimichurri with carrot top greens.
Fifth Course Vegan Meringue with Lemon Sorbet Lavender, vanilla bean and sea salt merengue with a lemon sorbet
