If oysters and clams feel intimidating to prepare at home, were here to teach you everything you need to know about preparing the fruits of the sea for yourself. Chef Heidi Whitney of Lavender and Thyme will teach you to shuck oysters and make mignonette first, and then prepare a butterleaf lettuce salad. For the main course, you'll learn to make clams in a white wine cream sauce (a French favorite!). And for dessert, you'll be learning to make a light and fluffy lemon soufflé to finish off the meal.
