Winter Skills Series: East Bay One Day Class
2/5 - Beadwork Basics
An in-depth one day immersion into the art of beadwork on buckskin. Students will leave with a foundational understanding of several important stitches and techniques. Class will run from 10am - 4pm and will be held in a beautiful Berkeley home that is walking distance from Ashby BART.
This is part of a larger 3 part Winter Skills Series. You can attend this one class or sign up for the whole series. This particular event is just to sign up for the one-day class.
Cost: $90
Instructor: Natalie Bartlett is a hide tanner, craftsperson, teacher and musician. She is the director of the Wild Series at Quail Springs Permaculture as well as a singer with the Bay Area women's ensemble KITKA, and divides her time between these 2 worlds and more. She is very excited to finally share these skills in the East Bay this winter.
