English Language Arts Content-Based Instructional Strategies for English Language Learners

This workshop will focus on effective English Language Arts content-based instructional strategies for the English Language Learner. Participants will gain "right-now" implementation strategies to differentiate instruction and make the content comprehensible for all proficiency levels of ELs. They will learn how to support the "Four Domains of ELA" that develop academic language and vocabulary, improve speaking, listening, reading and writing across curriculums and content areas. The strategies and lessons presented will support CCSS and the ELP standards for grades K-6.

Clock Hours will be available. Please bring a $12 check for payment.
