About the musicians:

SHIRA
SHIRA is a poet, musician and visual artist. Shes performed her experimental pop-folk across the US, sharing stages with TuNe-YaRdS, CocoRosie and Mirah. Her new album "Subtle Creature" premiered in October 2016 in BUST Magazine who hailed it as "a must-listen" and a "spectacular mystery." A three time Pushcart Prize nominee, her work can be found in The Huffington Post, PBS Poetry, BUST, Bitch Magazine and BuzzFeed Reader among others. She holds a BA from Hampshire College and was awarded a residency by the Millay Colony and the James Merrill Fellowship by the Vermont Studio Center. An Israeli immigrant raised in Massachusetts, she now lives in Brooklyn with her partner and their orange cat. Learn more at www.officialshira.com

Tatyana Kalko
Tatyana Kalko is a singer-songwriter based in Harlem. She has toured her brand of intimate, melodic songs and endearingly geeky stage presence throughout NY and London. Inspired by intensely emotional acting training at NYU and The Moscow Art Theatre, Kalko combines a sensitivity to the longings of the human soul with the concise and clever structure of pop/rock songs. Born in Belarus, Kalko is particularly fond of her parents' bootleg Beatles collection and enjoys learning about Russian avant-garde and taking photos. You can listen to her work at www.kalkomusic.com.
