CHEESE 101
October is "American Cheese Month"! Join us as we share our passion of cheese and celebrate the American cheese makers that bring us these amazing Artisan cheeses. In this Cheese 101 class, we will taste through 6 premium American cheeses, along with accompaniments of seasonal preserve, fresh fruit, nuts, and fresh baked baguette. Franchesca will share her knowledge of cheese basics, milk varieties, styles of cheese, and how to properly taste cheese. We hope you can come and share in this great experience! Seating is limited!
