BETTER HALFat the Goat Farm
Let's call it a homecoming of sorts. On the evening of June 4th, 2011, we served our very first supper club dinner in a small studio at the Goat Farm. Now, five years andhundreds of plates later, we're headed back to throw another big dinner so we can all talk about our feelings. On Sunday, September 25th, we'll be hosting sixty of our closest supporters(that's you) for an evening of food, drink, new friends and old.

Sunday, September 25th (cocktail hour 6:00p. dinner seating 7.00p)
Menu:
-cocktails and canapes
-charred carrot salad, arugula, pecan grapinada, smoked orange vinaigrette
-pickled shrimp, shaved cucumber, candied red onion, "leche de tigre"
-grilled pork loin, celery root confit, caramel apple miso, calvadosgastric
-woodsman + wife "jersey girl", roasted pumpkin, dry fig, pumpkin seed praline
-carrot cake, preserved orange, pecan brittle, pecan milk
-candy + cordial

$100 oer diner
