Delight your palate! New English Brewing and Sweet Petite Confections are collaborating -- five specially selected beers to be paired with five custom chocolates.
Relax in the inviting lounge at New English Brewing, as Mat McGee, brewer, and Michelle Lomelin, chocolate confectioner, take your senses on a journey with a specially curated beer and chocolate pairing.
Beers (5oz pours) / Chocolates:
1) Back in Blonde Ale / Lemon Meringue Pie bark with a spearmint infusion enrobed in white chocolate
2) Pure & Simple IPA / Passion fruit bonbon enrobed in white chocolate
3) Barley Wine / Pumpkin Caramel bonbon enrobed in 33% milk chocolate
4) Adams Avenue Porter / Toasted Coconut bonbon with toasted sweetened coconut enrobed in 64% dark chocolate
5) Barrel-Aged Brown Ale / Tuscan Sun bark- 64% dark chocolate, toasted almonds, sun dried tomatoes, candied basil, Hawaiian sea salt
