KCAA Noxious Weeds Workshop
Join KCAA and Dana Coggon of WSU Kitsap Extension for an informative day looking at Noxious Weeds in our area and in your own backyard.
This is a FREE community workshop focusing on plant problems on farmland and in the backyard garden. Registration is required. Those that RSVP will receive a FREE t-shirt!
When: Sunday, August 21st, 2016 from 12pm - 3pm
Where: Norm Dicks Government Building (345 6th St., Bremerton)
The day will consist of:
- Introduction to noxious weeds in our region
- Show & Tell - Bring your noxious weeds (bring up to 20 weeds found on your property to discuss with the group).
- Interactive, hands-on Weed Circus (identification and control recommendations).
- Q&A with Dana Coggon, WSU Kitsap Extension Noxious Weeds officer.
