Jennifer Colliau won this year's "Best Cocktail Menu" award from San Francisco Magazine for her work in The Perennial's bar, and she will be speaking about how to be creative with ice in a sustainable bar.
The ticket includes a draft cocktail, wine, beer, or non-alcoholic beverage from the bar at The Perennial, which was recently honored as a Best New Restaurant in America by GQ.
Doors will open for drinks at 3pm, talk will begin at 4pm.
The discussion period will be moderated by The Perennial's co-founder Karen Leibowitz and the whole thing will be recorded for our podcast series, ROOT MATTERS (available here.)
