1100 Niagara Street Tour
Join PBN for a special Hard Hat tour of 1100 Niagara Street, also known as the Curtiss Malting Company or the Agway Warehouse. This facility was one of the first in the country to harness power from Niagara Falls, using it to run processing drums for the malt. During Prohibition, the building was turned into a cooperative grain warehouse, which it remained for over 60 years. Developer Giles Kavanaugh hopes to turn the building into a large-scale event space.
This is an active construction site, so participants are encouraged to wear close-toed shoes. Hard hats will be provided.
