Agile Coach Camp United States - October 2016
Please join us for the 2016 edition of Agile Coach Camp United States - this 3-day Open Space Conference will be held Friday, October 14, 2016 thru Sunday, October 16, 2016 in St. Louis, MO, USA. Our focus will be values, principles and practices supportive of agile software development and its supporting information technology and business activities.
Open Space Conference sessions for this event will be held at The Innovation Conference Center at T-REX located in Downtown St. Louis - 911 Washington Ave, St. Louis, MO - 5th Floor. Self-organized conference sessions will begin at 9 AM each morning, and then adjourn around 4:30 PM each day to allow for evening activities.
== CONFERENCE SCHEDULE ==
Weve broken out the 3-day Agile Coach Camp conference to focus on different themes on different days:
** Day 1 (Friday, October 14, 2016) is referred to as Games Day as our focus will be techniques for ideation and collaborative games / exercises for teams and groups.
** Days 2-3 (Saturday, October 15, 2016 & Sunday, October 16, 2016) will be Agile Coach Camp and will focus on agile values, principles and practices, including but not limited to: agile teams, agile roles, metrics, leadership, DevOps, various agile methodologies (scrum, etc), scaling agile, business challenges, technical practices, agile transformation, etc.
== TICKETING OPTIONS ==
For 2016 Agile Coach Camp, we are offering two ticketing options to attend the event - a 3-day ticket that includes Games Day and Coach Camp as well as a 2-day ticket that includes just Coach Camp:
** Games Day & Agile Coach Camp Combo Ticket (3-day ticket) - this ticket provides admission to attend Games Day on Friday, October 14, 2016 as well as Agile Coach Camp on Saturday, October 15, 2016 and Sunday, October 16, 2016. Attendees will be invited to attend the Agile Coach Camp Welcome Social on Friday evening, October 14, 2016.
** Agile Coach Camp Ticket (2-day ticket) - this ticket provides admission for Agile Coach Camp activities held on Saturday, October 15, 2016 and Sunday, October 16, 2016. Attendees will be invited to attend the Agile Coach Camp Welcome Social on Friday evening, October 14, 2016.
== WHO SHOULD ATTEND ==
We welcome people from all backgrounds (not just agile software development) to attend coach camp, as there will be opportunities share ideas and learn from those in attendance. By registering to attend the event, youll have an opportunity to share ideas with others present, or you can attend and learn from others present that will most certainly be sharing ideas related to the theme.
== REGISTRATION TERMS ==
All fees collected for conference registration are non-refundable. Fees collected are used to cover the cost of supplies, snacks, breakfast, lunch & beverages necessary to hold the event.
== HOTEL & PARKING ==
Hotel accommodations and parking are not included in the registration fee.
For those requiring hotel accomodations to attend, please see www.stlagileopenspace.com for a listing of recommended nearby hotels with courtesy room blocks that are available first come / first served.
For those requiring parking while attending conference sessions, there are several paid parking lots and garages near T-Rex - parking rates range from $5 - $15 per day. The conference venue is also easily accessible via public transit in downtown St. Louis.
