Gelato making class
Brent Petersen, gelato maker at New World Gelato, teaches this 2.5 hour course. Not only will you learn how to make gelato, but you'll also learn the history of gelato, why it is so much better than ice cream, and tips and tricks for making your own gelato at home.
You'll also sample different kinds of gelato and/or sorbetto. Plus, at the end of the class you get to take home two pints of gelato!
This hands on experience is great for couples and friends who like to have fun and learn new things. You'll be making batches of real gelato so things could get a bit messy. Be sure to wear clothes on which you won't mind having a spill or two.
This class is a fun evening of learning and is not intended to be a professional gelato training course.
