IBU PDX Beer Week Battle Brunch
A little friendly competition between two renowned breweries

Five courses, each paired with two beers from their respective breweries.
Guests will vote on each pairing and a winner shall be declared!

First course; Chocolate Crepe stuffed with a Blueberry Compote
Fat Head's - Bumble Berry -
Breakside - Oligarch

Second Course; Corned Elk Hash with Pickled Egg
Fat Head's - Hellas  
Breakside - Sweet Potato Brown

Third Course; "Classic" French Toast, with a few twists...
Fat Head's - Goggle  
Breakside - God Only Knows

Fourth Course; Biscuits and Porkbelly Gravy!
Fat Head's - Breakfast of Hopians  
Breakside - Rainbows & Unicorns

Fifth Course; Open Faced Waffle Ice Cream Sandwich
Fat Head's - White Peach Saison  
Breakside - Rhinoceros Party


Each guest will receive an 8 oz beer or "beermosa" upon arrival

Napkins will be provided, complements of the house :)
