Breathe: Transforming Core Wounds Through Breathwork
Please join hosts Aaron Overstreet and Kalen Garr for this powerful one day workshop designed to explore and heal deep emotional wounds. The day includes Personal Law Exercise, Lecture on the "how to's" of Rebirthing Breathwork, a Rebirthing Breathwork session and more.
For the beginner or advanced we intend this day to be a deeply healing experience.

We will be an intimate group of 10 to 15 people and will gather at Aaron and Kalen's home in NE Portland.
The day will start with the "Personal Law Exercise". This exercise helps to uncover our most negative beliefs about ourselves and the world. We will also work with affirmations to assist in changing these old negative beliefs.
We will then break for lunch. Vegan, gluten-free, organic lunch available for $10. Or bring a sack lunch.
Healthy snacks provided throughout the day.
After lunch a brief talk on the "how to's" of Rebirthing Breathwork. Then participants will pair up and get to experience holding space for each other as we eperience Rebirthing Breathwork sessions.
The day will end with a sharing circle about our sessions and a discussion on how we can keep the positive momentum going after we leave the workshop.
We intend this day to be transformational and all will benefit whether or not you have had experience with Breathwork prior.

The cost for the day is $80.
Optional $10 lunch is extra.
